Here at TeamSupport, we're always striving to create a better help desk experience for customers in the business-to-business (B2B) industry. Last week, we were honored and humbled to learn that we have been named a "Leader" by independent research and review firm G2 Crowd in their latest G2 Crowd Grid® for Help Desk report.
According to Kara Kennedy, research manager at G2 Crowd, we received this ranking primarily due to our "large market presence and high levels of customer satisfaction". Kara also mentioned that TeamSupport ranked highly in the categories of "'quality of support’, ‘ease of use’, ‘ease of admin’, ‘ease of doing business with’, and ‘ease of setup’ ". The G2 Crowd Grid® for Help Desk report factors in data from several sources, including NPS (Net Promoter Score), quality and quantity of reviews, and vendor market presence.
While this is obviously awesome, what we're most proud of regarding this great news has been the overwhelming response from our customers. Looking at the report in detail, we noticed 95% of TeamSupport users who left a review rated our software four stars or higher. This feedback resulted in us having a top customer satisfaction rating of all help desk solutions evaluated in the report! Keeping our customers happy is our #1 priority and something we take very seriously.
